These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern your participation as a Publisher (Affiliate) in the CPAflare.com platform. By registering, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable policies.

1. 🎯 Enrollment & Approval

  • All affiliates must complete the signup form with accurate and truthful information.
  • Account approval is subject to manual or automated review. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to request identity verification (e.g., government-issued ID, business proof).
  • Providing false information or bypassing the system will result in immediate rejection or suspension.

2. 🔗 Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Use only tracking links, creatives, and assets provided through our dashboard.
  • Do not alter or mask tracking links without prior approval.
  • Follow the specific campaign rules regarding targeting, content, and promotion methods.
  • Do not misrepresent offers, create fake reviews, or use deceptive content.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and dashboard access.
  • You are responsible for all promotional activity under your account.

3. 🚦 Traffic Guidelines

  • All traffic must be real, organic, and verifiable.
  • Prohibited traffic includes but is not limited to:
    • Bots or automated scripts
    • Cookie stuffing
    • VPN/proxy traffic without disclosure
    • Fake, incentivized, or fraudulent conversions
  • Affiliates must disclose their traffic sources during onboarding or upon request.
  • We reserve the right to monitor traffic quality and block any sources violating policy.

4. 💸 Commission Structure & Payouts

  • Commissions are earned for valid leads, sales, or actions per campaign terms.
  • All payouts are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks.
  • Standard payout schedule: [Weekly / Bi-weekly / Net-15, etc.]
  • Minimum payout threshold: [$XX]

  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment info.

    • Breach of advertiser terms
    • Inactivity beyond 6 months
  • Inactive accounts with earnings under the threshold may be forfeited after notice.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your promotions comply with:
    • All local and international advertising laws
    • Data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
    • Third-party platform policies (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • We are not liable for any loss or damages caused by your actions or content.

7. 📜 Taxes & Reporting

  • Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes.

  • We may request tax forms (e.g., W-9, W-8BEN) depending on your location.
